Insurance CSR Benefits
*Competitive Base Salary + Commission
*30,000:50,000 first year average

Insurance CSR Responsibilities
*Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
*Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
*Work with the agent to establish and meet office goals.
*Use a customer:focused, needs:based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
*Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
*Work with customers and the company on complex issues/ Keep Customers Happy
Insurance CSR Requirements
*Successful track record of meeting team office goals preferred
*Property and Casualty License Required to Sell or Service Insurance Products(Preferred but not required)
*Interest in marketing products and servicing based on customer needs
*Excellent communication skills : written, verbal and listening
*Organizational skills
*Ability to work in a team environment
*Ability to effectively relate to a customer
*Needs based selling to current book
