We are seeking to hire a field service/sales agents that are HUNGRY for success and willing to work for it :: Please note: This is NOT a MLM/Network Marketing organization, and there is no need to purchase product, sell into a social network, cold call or door knock. Qualified opportunities are provided via our dedicated marketing department out of Burlington, NC.
PT/FT Opportunities Available
:PT agents average 40:50k/year commission
:FT agents average 70:80k/year commission
:Leadership opportunities are available. Income commensurate with experience and overall team performance.
Job Responsibilities
This opportunity is a commission based field service/sales job. Our agents act as a broker for families, with access to 15 A/A+ rated insurance companies. There is no door knocking, cold calling, or selling to friends/family required. Our marketing team out of North Carolina performs inbound/outbound cold calling, and runs our mail office. After a household has expressed interest in our products and services, they are turned over to our field agents to work. (warm leads)
The field service/sales agent is responsible for contacting the family, setting the appointment, and then meeting with them to walk them through our products and offerings. :: This is a lot easier than it sounds. Training is provided for all aspects of the role, and an agent hotline is available to assist with field sales and underwriting FAQ.

:1on1 Mentoring: With direct leader and peers as needed.
:Must be at least 18 years old
:No felony convictions or recent bankruptcies
:Must possess valid drivers license
:Note: We can help with getting the state insurance license
**Preferred, but not necessary:
:BA degree
:Prior sales experience (We will train as needed)
:Current Insurance License (3rd party training options available)
:Experience in management, leadership development, mentoring, etc.
:Bilingual (Spanish)
