Business Development Executive

Wytec Business is a pioneer in 5G Internet services for small and medium businesses using our 5G FlexSpeed(tm) technology.
This is a field sales position for experienced B2B sales professionals with a hunter sales mindset and a proven track record of closing. The Senior Account Executive:Sales (SAE) will be selling a new form of Internet service (5G fixed wireless) which will require educating prospects on the benefits of 5G wireless Internet as well as introducing Wytec Business to the San Antonio market. Target prospects for 5G wireless Internet are power users of bandwidth for cloud apps, VoIP, video conferencing, public Wi:Fi, and cloud file backup/storage. The SAE will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, selling and closing these high:value small and medium business Internet subscribers within a short sales cycle (typically 30 days or less). This position involves significant field sales activity with daily travel to prospect locations. The SAE will be supported via a combination of inbound and outbound marketing and tele:prospecting campaigns to assist in lead generation, field networking, and business referrals. The SAE will act as a brand ambassador at field events to cultivate relationships with trade associations, business groups, and SMB prospects within the assigned territory for the purpose of generating and closing new business.
* Develop a territory sales plan that targets power user business Internet users that fit the profile of a high:potential 5G wireless Internet subscriber (targeting information to be provided)
* Effectively position and sell Wytec Business and its 5G wireless Internet service against incumbent ISPs (AT and T and Spectrum) and their legacy buried fiber technology
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order acceptance, including accurate and timely update of sales activities in Hubspot CRM
* Guide prospects in selecting the appropriate 5G Internet solution to fit their requirements
* Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales quota
* Accurate/timely reporting: sales activity, pipeline, closed business and forecasts
* Write and present professional, organized quotations and/or proposals
* Negotiate contracts with CxO executives
* Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
* Self:starter, high internal drive, resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude in challenging business environments
* Ability to effectively work in a fast:paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong listening skills, ability to influence, and effective closing skills
* Strong presentation skills (including the ability to simplify complex subject matter)
* Valid Texas drivers license, safe driving record and ability to use own insured car for sales calls
* Microsoft Office Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with Visio experience.
* Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
* High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
* Minimum four years of experience selling business services
* Understanding of Internet, networks and web:based communications
