Toy Factorys mission is straightforward and simple. We aim to supply superior quality, value:oriented products and service to customers operating games in amusement venues. We have established distribution facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania. Toy Factory is seeking a reliable, fast paced individual to handle sales calls, showroom and tradeshow displays, and relationship management for assigned accounts.

SUMMARY:
Performs various payroll related tasks to include, but not limited to, balancing and auditing earnings, deductions and taxes; benefits:record administration, payroll system(s) maintenance, and preparing reports for management and other departments; establishes procedures, performs routine corrections and make business process documentation accurate for processing; guides payroll team members and other related human resources tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ø Researches and responds to routine and complex payroll related inquiries.
Ø Computes, processes, and reconciles new hires, terminations, salary changes, attendance bonus.
o Coordinate distribution of payroll checks to various locations.
o Contact third party payroll provider with questions or requests as appropriate.
o Answer inquiries regarding payroll and/or assist in issue resolution.
Ø Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with the State mandated regulations.
Ø Computes, processes and reconciles payroll deductions.
Ø Computes, processes and reconciles payroll earnings such as commissions, bonuses, and the like.
Ø Processes payroll runs as needed and assists in payroll related projects as needed.
Ø Computes, processes and reconciles PTO
Ø Reviews, personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
Ø Records new or changed pay rates in payroll register or computer files.
Ø Directs compilation and preparation of other payroll data such as 401k and insurance
Ø Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
Ø Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy.
Ø Coordinates Benefits with Human Resources Director
Ø Demonstrates current knowledge in payroll law. Providesupdates of changes in payroll policies or procedures to staff in conjunction with the Human Resources staff.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:
Ø Must have previous experience and demonstrated capability using payroll database and time tracking systems.
Ø Must have a strong ability to focus on details and demonstrate accuracy.
Ø Must be proficient in MS Excel and Word
Ø Must have a working knowledge of handling complex tasks, providing results, and communicating effectively with employees and management with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ø Must type at least 45wpm
Ø Must have 10key by touch; at least 13k KPH
Ø Must be able to work independently while maintaining high confidentiality and meet deadlines under sometimes stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
Ø Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
Ø Must be able to lift 20:40 lbs. of boxes, files or other types of documentation materials.
Ø Five (5) plus years of related work experience.
Ø Must be extremely perceptive.
