Job Description The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills with 5+ plus years of experience in a business or construction office environment with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, be proactive, detailed-oriented, and work in a fast paced deadline driven environment. The chosen candidate will have excellent organization, follow-through, written and verbal communication skills. The position requires a hands on team player that is professional, customer centric, energetic, friendly, flexible, and has the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization including the Executive Management Team. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities · Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications experience, ie Word, Excel, Power Point. · Ability to act as a Company Travel Coordinator pursuant to Company’s Travel Policy. · Ability to work with Project Managers, Field Superintendents and Employees. · Ability to complete various clerical tasks such as, but not limited to: o Proper handling of mail and fax correspondence, PowerPoint Presentation, , scheduling of meetings, ordering of office supplies, time and attendance record keeping, reserve meeting space, , and any other task as designated by the Director of Construction.
