Responsibilities:
•Assist/Support managers and office performing various clerical duties.
•Various general office duties such as answering phones, data entry, scanning, auditing, etc.
• Must be flexible regarding shift and overtime as needed
• Must be flexible to work in a warehouse/production type of environment

Requirements/Qualifications:
•Will work from Tues to Fri, from Noon to 8 PM or Close, and Sat from 6 AM to Close. MUST be flexible to work Weekends and Overtime as needed. Generally will be off Sun and Mon.
•Minimum 1yr. administrative/clerical experience in a professional office environment
•Accurate data entry (will be tested)
•Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. (will be tested)
•Professional demeanor.
•Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to work quickly and multi-task among competing priorities.
•Outgoing personality and high comfort level speaking with a wide range of people on the phone. Ability to interact, influence and negotiate with a variety of internal and external personnel.
• A great attitude - we want someone who is enthusiastic to participate, approachable, and thoughtful. •Driven to be the best but calm under pressure.
• MUST have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work at client location (Toyota Plant).
• Must have steel toed boots that cover the ankle
•Approximately 10% of shift will be spent outside so must be flexible to work in the elements, heat/cold.
•Must be able to operate light duty trucks (such as Toyota Tundra/Tacoma, vans, golf carts, etc.)
•Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. at a time without restrictions of standing-sitting-lifting for extended periods of time.
•Must be able to pass Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check (No felonies within 7 years).
•Must be able to read and speak English.
