Job Description Position Summary Assists Contact Center Director and Managers in the day-to-day operation of the work location by lending support for all administrative functions. Serves as an extension of the Center Director and entire operation through this support. Key Duties / Responsibilities (70%) Administration for Center Director · Types correspondence, emails, and performs various clerical tasks to include copying and filing · Assists with preparing reports, forms, etc. from rough drafts, making grammar, punctuation, and spelling corrections as needed. · Answers and makes telephone calls on behalf of the Center Director. · Assists Center Director with daily calendar. (15%) Center Support Orders office supplies · Assists with distribution of internal or external documents and mail-outs. · Completes and processes purchase order requests for the Center. · Codes invoices and checks their accuracy before sending to Corporate Accounts Payable. · Cleans and restocks storage as necessary. 15%) Meeting Support · Coordinates arrangements for meetings, workshops, and tours. Schedules meeting rooms and maintains meeting room requests for the center. Education & Knowledge Required High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1-2 years college or secretarial training preferred. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Excellent communication skills, professional image and poise necessary for interacting with Partners.
