HR Coordinator Job Description Point of contact for HR Department Handle all program-related data entry, filing, record keeping of confidential caregiver records Maintain all periodic caregiver training and document requirements Screen, interview and hire caregivers Answer and respond to applicant and caregiver inquiries via telephone and e-mail in a timely manner Direct the daily duties of recruiting assistant Additional duties as needed HR Coordinator Job Requirements: One or more years Human Resources Coordinator experience helpful Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills Command of Microsoft Office and web-based computer applications Ability to work independently Ability to contribute to a team Ability to organize and prioritize work Ability to perform in a busy, multi-tasking work environment Must be at least 18 years of age Must have at least an associates degree.
