Office Clerk Position Job Description: Answer Customer calls. Take orders and enter the orders into Quick Books to create invoices. Submit orders to warehouse for filling. Reports orders to owner for dispatching of trucks. Enter Purchase Orders into Quick Books and check with vendors for delivery time. Sort completed voices into customer files for collecting. File Purchase Orders into vendor files Assist in sending statements to customers via fax Remove paid invoices and file into closed files May be assigned past due accounts to call for payment
