Job Summary
The Miner Corporation is looking for a SalesForce Administrator to join our team and meet the demands of our growing business. The office location is in San Antonio, Texas.
The SalesForce Administrator will ensure that we maximize efficiency, capitalize on, and enhance the full features and benefits of the system based on the various user group needs.
The SalesForce Administrator must have excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
The SalesForce Administrator will provide daily support, promote adoption, and keep current on new releases. Additionally, the Administrator will perform basic updates, such as add/delete users, adding basic custom fields, and system configuration.

Essential Functions
Create and Manage Changes to the System.
Daily administration and support of SalesForce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
Proactively gather feedback from users.
Manage system changes without interruption to the user.
Modify/configure the system to increase benefits and usability
Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce objects and functions.
Handle on:going customization/ alteration of salesforce.
Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations within the salesforce environment.
Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Grant/ remove and maintain user licenses.
Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels.
Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
Monitor application storage usage and archive data as needed.
User Assistance, Adoption, and Satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system.
Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
Continually seek ways to further enhance the end:user experience.
Process Creation, Documentation, and Maintenance.
Document company processes and workflows.
Develop process documentation and field maps.
Create new processes and associated reporting.
Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance
Assist with migration from older systems/processes into salesforce.
Import data as appropriate.
Monitor and manage exception logs for back end system integration with SFDC.
Monitor and improve data quality.
Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance.
Create and maintain dashboards.
Create and maintain reports including folder maintenance.

SalesForce Administrator certification is required.
3 to 5 years of SalesForce administration experience
In:depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s:controls) and/or integration with external systems.
Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce reporting functionality.
Previous re:engineering experience updating an existing salesforce configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions.
Detail oriented and self:starter with strong written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Minimum expectation of a Bachelors degree OR equivalent
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality.
