The Clinic Director is responsible for all aspects of clinic operations. The CD leads, develops and coaches all staff and PT team members, managing engagement and performance to ensure the highest quality of care patient care. The Clinic Director will work closely with the District Operations Leader and District Clinical Quality leader to meet and exceed all clinic performance measures.Manage and oversee all clinic operations including front desk operations (referral management, insurance verification, payment collections, complete and accurate data entry) and PT operations (clinical KPIs, weekly and monthly reports). Create effective action plans to improve performance deficiencies and hold the team accountable to results, while celebrating and acknowledging wins.Assist district operations leader in development of clinic performance targets, goals, and clinic performance improvement plans to ensure clinic is meeting expectations delivering budgeted net revenue and clinic contribution. Deliver, as a clinic, effective and appropriate care plans to optimize patient care and outcomes.Work closely with PSL and PSS to lead front desk operational excellence, including referral log patient scheduling. Seek support from and partner with DPSL. Perform interviews/select new team members in collaboration with district leadership team to address clinic staffing needs. Perform or oversee all new staff member onboarding per company policy.Approve therapist and support staff schedule changes and allocation of hours for all staff to ensure that the roster enables continuity of patient care during vacation time, education time, sick leave, and emergency coverage. Ensure that advanced scheduling and holiday scheduling guidelines are adhered to per company policy.Direct staff in matters of patient scheduling Track referral patterns and liaise with Account Manager regarding clinic marketing strategy, proactively including marketing visits to physicians. Develop Direct Access opportunities within the clinic through patient education and community involvement.Lead monthly clinic staff meetings, driven by a formal agenda (monthly clinic report). Includes communication of/ rolling out new company initiatives at meetings and through daily interaction.Ensure compliance through performance of quarterly documentation audits and management of daily/monthly clinic checklists.Ensure adherence to the company guidelines for student affiliation programs and engage with all clinical interns in collaboration with clinical instructor and district clinical quality leader. Offer rotational opportunities whenever feasible and identify/ communicate recruitment opportunities based on student performance.Create and maintain high patient engagement through team leadership and appropriate enhanced patient interaction (EPI) utilization.Understand and diagnose team member strengths and weaknesses, provide development opportunities to improve team member performance. Oversee all team member coaching and development including performance management, violations of company policy, and addressing patient complaints. Work side by side the HR team for support and guidance as needed.Maintain a professional work environment free from discrimination and harassment of any kind.
