customers primarily within the healthcare delivery domain. We seek Cyber
Security Engineer(s) and Analyst(s) to join our growing team providing the
Defense Health Agency and USAF Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) with
technical support services in the area of cybersecurity for all Air Force
systems and networks.
candidate(s) will be responsible for the following:

Creating RMF packages, conducting security compliance testing and
evaluation, resolving technical controversies, and training site personnel on
RMF activities.

Support the Information System Security Manager (ISSM)/
System POCs during the Assessment and Authorization (A and A) process to ensure
assigned Defense Health Agency (DHA) enclaves and networks have the proper
Authorization to Operate (ATO) using the Risk Management Framework (RMF)

Advise and assist associated organizations POCs in
their efforts to prepare and submit ATO, Annual Review (AR) and Authority to
Connect (ATC) packages to their respective approval authorities.

Support the ISSO/ System POCs to conduct risk and
vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems to
identify vulnerabilities, risks, and protection needs.

Provide solutions to complex problems that require the
regular use of expertise and creativity. Problems are broadly defined and
solutions require the continuation of specialized theories and knowledge.

Conduct, schedule, and participate in meetings on
behalf of the ISSM and the Network Security Operations (NSO) Branch

Review Change Control Board items as they pertain to
I and O systems and provide cybersecurity feedback.

Serve as a liaison and facilitator between assigned
I and O System POCs and the ISSM. This includes the following: actively
updating related repositories (e.g. CSMRT, eMASS, etc.); providing weekly
reporting metrics; working with System POCs to ensure assigned systems document
and maintain the accredited security posture; and tracking of ongoing taskers ,
mandatory updates (e.g. IAVMs), and necessary changes as part of the RMF and
continuous monitoring processes.


Position requires up to 50 travel

Valid US Passport and willingness to travel

Candidate must demonstrate 6 years of technical
experience with 4 years related IA experience. Three years of demonstrated
experience working with DOD Information Assurance

Meets IAM Level I position requirements per DOD

Have one of the following certifications;
Security +, GSLC, SSCP, or other Level I approved certification

Two years demonstrated experience with National
Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards and guidelines

Citizenship is required
