(Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) Answer incoming calls Ticket routing in Service Now Password reset in multiple applications from Active Directory, eCW, EPRG and Good Mobile app Provide computer support via Bomgar Assign and support RSA Tokens Mapping of network printers and network share drives Ability to assist customer with archiving emails What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? Service Now Ticketing System Good Mobile Bomgar Good phone and people skills to communicate effectively with customer. What skills/attributes are a must have? Previous Help Desk/ Customer Service experience Fluent with Win7 OS Strong Computer skills What skills/attributes are nice to have? Mulit-task, ability to work on more than one thing at a time. ticketing system knowledge Work under pressure in a High call volume Help Desk What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Help Desk hours are: M-F 6am to 10pm, Saturday 8am to 6pm What type of interview process is preferred?
