Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
:Troubleshoot and resolve issues ranging from desktops and printers to networking and servers (All aspects of IT Infrastructure and Cloud computing)
:Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests and incidents in a variety of computer environments
:Document and provide thorough updates to clients via our ticketing system
:Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
:Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
:Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
:Improve usage and increase productivity of IT support resources

Education and Experience:
:Must have 3+ years of relevant work experience working in IT Infrastructure Support
:Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Windows desktops and servers, network Printers, VOIP systems, routers, switches, WiFi Access Points, etc.
:Able to lift 50lbs

Abilities and Skills:
:Basic computer and operating system knowledge such as Microsoft Office
:Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer:care
:Ability to multi:task and adapt to changes quickly and efficiently
:Understanding of support tools, troubleshooting techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
:Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
:Self:motivated with the ability to work in a fast paste environmentCompany Description
