The Company Identity and Reputation Manager is a member of Andeavors Company Identity and Reputation team within the Corporate Affairs function. The Manager supports the implementation of our new Company name, logo and other Identity elements as well as the development and execution of programs that shape, steward, evolve and measure the Companys Identity and reputation.


: Supports Director for annual program planning and roll:out, key messaging and content, and reputation and corporate brand health research; ensures close coordination and integration with Company Purpose
: Builds and manages complex, strategic Company Identity and reputation initiatives, including planning, organization and implementation of project activities, and development of communications and engagement strategies for internal and external audiences to support Company Identity and reputation objectives
: Manages day:to:day communications with internal, cross:functional teams and external agencies, project communications to internal stakeholders, issue tracking and risk mitigation, facilitation of project team meetings and preparation of status reports
: Partners with colleagues in Corporate Affairs and other cross:functional teams to create and edit content for a variety of internal and external communications channels, ensuring consistent application of the Companys visual identity and voice
: Develops and implements tools and training programs to support and guide internal stakeholders on use of Company logo and visual identity elements
: Leads the execution of annual compliance audits for the Companys Identification Standards policy and related policies and procedures
: Plans and implements corporate sponsorships and events
: Researches, tracks and implements best practices related to building and protecting Company Identity and reputation
: Manages relationships with external vendors, including public relations, marketing and research firms, writers, graphic designers, photographers and videographers, including proposal preparation and administration of contracts
: Prepares KPIs and program dashboard and monitor program performance to ensure the delivery of defined business objectives

: Minimum Bachelors degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, business, social sciences or related field required

: Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, community relations, public affairs or business management.
: Experience leading extensive communications initiatives or managing complex communications programs required
: Experience executing Company Identity and/or brand management and/or reputation programs preferred

: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
: High:level of creativity and innovation, compelling storyteller
: Ability to plan and think strategically and to develop communications initiatives for a wide range of audiences and internal and external channels
: Strong project, budget, vendor and time management skills
: Ability to manage and direct the work of others
: Ability to work across business lines, collaborate and interact with all levels of employees
: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in fast:paced environment with a high:degree of accountability and accuracy
: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint and Excel
