DescriptionResponsible for training assigned operations employees, which includes conducting training sessions, mini courses, in-service presentations, and client training presentations, as well as assisting in the development of training materials; observe trainees to identify where they are experiencing difficulty, and take instructional steps to clarify information; track enrollment of training participants and distribute enrollment information to appropriate departments; maintain a timely and accurate written record of all conferences and verbal warnings to support the decision to retrain or terminate a trainee ensuring the adherence to departmental policies and procedures; as assigned, participate in the analysis, design, and development of web-based training programs which may include updating existing training materials ensuring adherence to departmental policies and procedures. QualificationsApplicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Education High school diploma or GED required Additional post secondary courses taken in education, communications, English or a related field from an accredited college preferred Minimum one year professional training which may include public and private school experience, corporate training or related training experience preferred Experience Minimum one year training or professional teaching, quality assurance or coaching experience required Other Intermediate knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
