Summary:

Responsible for ensuring efficient organizational performance through gathering, sharing, and storing information, including web content management. Analyzes business processes and gathers information across an organization to determine the most effective platforms for sharing and storing knowledge. Collects and integrates information, data, and content from departments and functions within the organization. Records and digitizes information, and ensures that it is stored safely and is secured through encryption or an antivirus. Produces reports and business intelligence for improving processes, products, or services. Provides EDUCATION and training to end users on front end knowledge management system and reports. Provides content updates on knowledge management portals or sites.

Responsibilities:

: Creates and administers learning content in Workforce Performance Builder (WPB) AKA Enable Now
: Develops and manages department and project SharePoint collaboration spaces
: Authors training materials (eLearning, concepts, simulations, work instructions, quick reference guides, instructor guides, and exercises)
: Defines standards for the use of and organization of content on WPB, SharePoint and other systems as the need arises
: Partners with Project Managers to integrate project training activities into project plans and supports efforts.
: Creates and administers knowledge bases of FAQs, Lessons Learned, Risks, and Issues
: Manages knowledge sharing events :scope and manage the successful execution of knowledge sharing events including seminars/webinars, workshops, conferences, and peer learning sessions
: Identifies and curates technical content : in collaboration with technical experts, research, design, and implement technical content strategies to ensure that the right knowledge is getting to the right people at the right time (and in the right way)
: Interfaces with and reports on status of other Learning and Development and Knowledge Management activities within the organization
Requirements:

: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Organizational Development or related field of study.
: 6+ years of experience in web development using tools and technologies such as: CSS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery and MySQL, API, REST API, Web Services, XML, JSON and Data Structures
: 3+ years of experience leading technology:based learning and collaboration projects using eLearning development tools (e.g., uPerform, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, UPK, Assyma, Articulate, WPB (Enable Now)
Skills:

: Working knowledge of development phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
: Working knowledge in multimedia production and editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere)
: Working knowledge of Business Analysis concepts
: Strong written and verbal communication skills
