Job Description
The Wellness Coach will work in an office setting with individuals who are experiencing difficulties with work related content. The wellness coach will work with personnel to identify and manage presenting issues and support the personnel in making appropriate wellness and lifestyle modifications. A strong sense of compassion and commitment to helping people are the most important qualities in this role. This position entails supporting and counseling current staff whose job responsibilities include reviewing disturbing video content Abuse, violence, gore, terrorism, language, nudity.
Responsibilities may include:
+ Conduct 1x1 coaching sessions with personnel
+ Facilitate monthly Group Sessions around mental health awareness topics
+ Conduct resiliency training for personnel during on boarding and refresher trainings
+ Conduct wellness assessment throughout an agents tenure with the program
+ Prepare monthly reports
+ Attend standing meetings with managements
Must be available to work alternate shifts.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ LP LPC or LCSW experience in trauma PTSD stress

+ Excellent Listening skills
+ Sensitivity and empathy
+ Patience and a calm manner in stressful situations
+ Ability to cope with emotional situations.
+ Ability to relate to a wide range of people
+ High level of resilience and maturity
+ Experience in Internet and Social Media
