The main goal of recruiting and placing employees, for one of our largest clients, is to send qualified candidates and all the proper process.This position is extremely fast paced and requires great passion towards the common goal that My Staffing Agency LLC. is trying to accomplish.This positions requires knowing how to prioritize, time management skills, heavy phones use, much attention to details, excellent written and communication skills and most important recruitment and placement skills. Has a sense of urgency this a must.This is a full time position from Mon-Friday..however requires Great flexibility during peak activity. (Including early mornings, weekends, and varied hours as necessary)Individuals must be comfortable working independent interfacing with client and associates on & off-site, comfortable with working with daily staffing and weekly reporting within tight deadlines and be a highly motivated self starter! Must have Recruitment & Placement Skills: Must have recruitment knowledge Must be able to attend many job fairs, networking events as they arise Review applications making sure all paperwork is compliant Staff/Place employees to appropriate job. Work site evaluations as needed; Walk through production area making sure all policies/procedures and safety rules, are visible being followed. Heavy Data Entry. Make sure application & forms are signed and completed. Assist with drug tests, E-Verify, and Background checks. Fill out paperwork correctly and be detailed oriented Check candidates in for different shifts. Must be able to type 35 words per minute accurately Able to speak with supervisors and a group of candidates Must be able to run background checks Must be able to conduct drug testing on & off site Must be run E-Verify through Homeland Security Excellent computer skills; Excel, Word, Outlook, Calendar & CRM Software Knowledgeable Excellent interpersonal skills make sure all candidates are signed in and out at start times/clocking in and clocking out. Must be able to follow instructions. Time management Ability to multitask Detail oriented, organization skills and the ability to work independently are a must Must have own transportation with insurance Must be Bilingual. Must be available to take calls after hours and make phone calls to candidates after hours for our clients staffing needs. Must be able to pass drug test Must travel from On-site location to Corporate office for placement, staffing duties, meetings or assist as needed if not busy, drop off/or pick up paperwork. BILIGUAL RECEPTIONISTThe ideal applicant will have professional office experience. Be Bilingual. The office provides a business casual. Data Entry with accuracy. The company is willing to train. For the right person you could eventually assist or help with basic human resources responsibilities.The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, setting appointments, E-verify, taking messages and returning/ transferring calls. Uploading resume, parsing applicants. Answering any new candidates applying/registering for a position advertised. Assist candidates with basic inquiries and direct them to website. You will greet any visitors arriving for appointments. Obtain copies of Proof of identity and work authorization, as well as resumes and any certifications. Will scan and upload documents to our data base.
