General Statement of Duties:

Responsible for planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the performance improvement program for Methodist Hospital. Provides leadership and guidance for quality assessment and performance improvement across all hospital departments. Works under the direction of the VP, Performance Improvement and with other senior leaders to achieve goals and objectives under the quality pillar for Methodist Hospital and the Methodist Healthcare System.
