Supports Investor Relations function by providing administrative support to the VP, Investor Relations and broader IR staff. Uses Tesoro and market knowledge to develop and manage calendar for investor conferences, non:deal roadshows, analyst days, and other major events.
: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls. Respond to routine information requests.
: Develop and maintain IR department calendar. Schedule meetings/appointments for all IR activities and events for Tesoro and Tesoro Logistics.
: Make travel arrangements.
: Assist in development of reports, presentations, meeting materials.
: Create and format documents such as correspondence, memos from rough drafts, making changes in grammar, punctuation or spelling as needed.
: Process expense reports.
: Maintain investor relations database including electronic and physical file storage.
: Support interaction with external analysts and investors by maintaining records of previous contacts and prioritizing future relationship management. Prepare materials for investor meetings and conferences.
: Maintain office supply inventory.
: Maintain tracking system for key activities.
: Maintain records in accordance with record retention standards.
: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
: Minimum 3 years clerical/administrative support experience required.
: Ability to work in a team environment and confidently and tactfully interface with colleagues at all organizational levels, including C:level executives, Wall Street analysts and investors.
: Strong attention to detail.
: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with all MS Office applications and internet tools.
: Ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.
