Job Description:/h3:
The Staffing Supervisor is responsible for delivering high:quality service to customers and temporary associates by matching the skills of associates to customers needs. Develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service, with a mission of quality and performance. Additionally, the Staffing Supervisor is responsible for quoting bill rates to customers and achieving gross profit results consistent with established branch expectations.
:Supervises staffing needs for individual clients. Recruits associates for high:demand skill areas and to ensure talent pool is plentiful to fill customer orders. Attends job fairs to recruit and source potential candidates as needed.
:Interviews and evaluates applicants to determine their qualifications for assignments to fill customer work orders. Schedules interviews, job placement activities, and applicant testing. Guides associates in upgrading their skills for assignments.
:Maintains current and up to date customer and associate records in Avionte to ensure completeness and accuracy.
:Processes Associates payroll information into Avionte, reviews all payroll documents for accuracy, (i.e., W:4s, Customer Profiles, etc.). Submits the necessary payroll documents to the payroll department on Mondays as needed.
:Completes reference checks, backgrounds, E:verify, drug screens, employment verifications, and other checks and balances required by IHC and client in accordance with company policies. Provides all associates with specific client and/or IHC orientations
:Monitors associates attendance and performance. Coaches and counsels associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. Resolves
customer/client/associate issues and/or complaints, serves as the initial contact when associates report work:related injuries at a client worksite and documents all information in Avionte to ensure accurate record keeping.
:Notifies branch manager of work related injuries and is knowledgeable of IHCs workers compensation procedures; Ensuring appropriate forms are thoroughly completed by associates. Conducts required follow :up with injured associate and client to ensure a positive outcome.
:Business development: Conducts outside service calls to clients to ensure quality customer service is being delivered and to expand the business. Conduct marketing activity calls to include telephone sales to acquire new business and qualify accounts.
:Answers telephones promptly and provides information to prospects, customers candidates, and associates.
:Greets visitors and associates in a friendly and professional manner.
:Provides support in maintaining a professional, neat and uncluttered appearance in the branch office. Orders office supplies and performs other duties or projects as assigned by management.
:Minimum 2 years AA college degree with 4:year Bachelors Degree preferred or minimum 3:4 years equivalent work experience and background in staffing.
:Excellent communication skills (oral and writing) and the ability to work well with people are essential.
:Multi:tasking, team and customer service oriented without losing composure; tactful, adept at office productivity.
:Demonstrated PC proficiency; Microsoft Office applications, Word, Outlook, Excel; 10 key calculators, and other office equipment copiers, fax etc.
:Must be cooperative, patient, calm under pressure, able to work independently, and should enjoy the challenge of a fast:paced work environment while displaying the highest level of professionalism.
Ability to communicate orally with associates, customers, vendors, management and other co:workers. Regular use of telephone and e:mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect
