The VTC Scheduler will serve as a Video Network and Video Teleconference Scheduler for the clients Video Network Center (VNC). The Scheduler plans, coordinates, schedules, promotes, and provides video teleconferencing (VTC) support within several government agencies. The VTC Scheduler provides administrative and technical support in connection with VTC operations, including responsibility to plan, provide advice, schedule, coordinate, promote, and conduct VTC conferences and user training. Secret clearance (or ability to obtain) required : must be US Citizen * Provide first line customer support for a government video and audio conferencing operations center. * Provides VTC customer support to plan and schedule VTCs. * Responsible for determining resource availability for accommodation of each conference that requires the tracking of multiple variables including port availability, approximate bandwidth availability, date availability, time zone differences, and other incidents as they occur. * Receives audio and video requests for use in VTC facilities for point:to:point, multi:point VTCs, and audio only conferences. * Schedules VTC use and provides information and advice to users on VNC Enterprise policies, procedures and practices, and protocol relative to scheduling and conduct of proposed conferences. * Initiates pre:conference preparations by identifying user needs. * Extracts, manipulates, and compiles reports and documents on an as needed basis to include the creation of charts, graphs, and tables depicting quality levels and trends for presentations. * Performs other duties as assignedThis position is located at North Beach Pavilion (Ft.
