**Workforce Coordinator**
**Description**
Position Purpose: Assist with identifying gaps and making adjustments to schedules to address those gaps
+ Identify gaps and assist with adjustments to current schedules
+ Monitor real-time reports related to service level to ensure call center achieves goals
+ Monitor call volume and identify trends to assist agents to clear out call queues
+ Monitor adherence and identify unexpected staffing gaps due to absences
+ Analyze call spikes, identify reasons and include in future forecasts
+ Assist with managing system outages for call centers
+ Assist in determining vacation/holiday allocation
+ Coordinate scheduling of all offices
+ Assist with routine reports
**Qualifications**
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 years of call center or customer service experience.
