**On a daily basis, the Escalation Specialist will be responsible for the following:**
+ Maintain high productivity and accuracy rate standards according to our department policies and procedures to meet service level agreements.
+ Evaluate the completeness of documentation submitted for Citibusiness Online and Cash Management requests for processing.
+ Analyzes and prioritizes own work activities. Reviews and checks own work, assists team members with resolution to problems.
+ Communicates with external and internal departments to ensure proper resolution of issues.
+ Applies policies, procedures and guidelines to help identify process improvements.
+ Works with limited supervision while performing job duties.
+ Supports an expansive array of products/services.
+ Understands how duties relate with others on the team and how the team integrates with others in accomplishing business goals.
**Qualifications**
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
+ Must be detail-oriented, have organizational and time management skills.
+ Professional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficient working knowledge with Excel and Microsoft Office products.
+ Strong Decision making and problem solving skills.
+ Works with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task to meet service standards.
+ Customer Service focus and Phone Experience a plus.
+ Strong background knowledge of BABO, Citismart, Systematics, Pep+, RSM, Salesforce
+ Citibusiness Online and Cash Management experience preferred.
+ Champion Digital Transformation Innovation.
