Job Description:/h3:
Quality Inspector

Reports To: Director of Quality

Job Summary: Inspection of incoming material, finished products and in:process manufacturing audits. Review and validate documentation and quality records. Participates in team meetings to initiate and implement improvements in the process and training of all team members.

Primary Responsibilities:
:Inspection of incoming material, finished goods, and in:process audits.
:Organizing and reviewing documentation and quality records.
:Participation in team meeting; special project leadership.
:Assisting production with meeting deadlines by assuring priority items are inspected first.
:Completing inspection records.
:Planning and implementation systems
:Assuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
:Other duties as needed and assigned.

:High School Diploma / GED.
:Computer Skills : Excel : Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
:Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
:Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documentation.
:Familiarity with test/measurement equipment, (such as calipers, ohmmeters, etc.)
:Understanding workmanship standard.
:Strong verbal and written communications skills
:Detail:oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
:Self:motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision and direction.
:Ability to work (standing and walking) up to 10 hrs per day.
:Lifting required up to 20 lbs.
12.00 per hour
