Purpose of JobWe are seeking a talented Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst- Lead to join our HR Strategic Workforce Planning team. This team will design and implement future state strategic talent planning capabilities that are required to achieve USAAs business strategy. We are currently seekingtalented Strategic Workforce Planning Analyst Lead for our San Antonio, TX facility. Leads and motivates cross-functional team members in strategy development and implementation of business solutions. Independently performs complex and often unique work assignments and problem resolution across multiple systems, functions, processes and channels. Utilizes complex statistical techniques to identify trends in data and to see causes and consequences of events. Effectively communicates results of individual and team initiatives to peers and senior leadership.Job Requirements Teams with the business to define data needs and requirements to develop workforce forecast reports that solve business problems and reporting needs.Prepares business related analyses and research in one or more of the following areas: workforce planning, monthly workforce forecasting and hiring/separation trends.Anticipates opportunities and potential solutions and leads cross functional teams through the problem resolution process.Responsible for purity and accuracy of workforce forecast report.Participates with and coordinates analytical support for key decision makers in setting business goals, objectives, strategies and action plans.Advises senior management on issues.Determines optimum methodology for retrieving and analyzing current and historical data.Directs analyses, root cause identification, and develops and recommends business solutions impacting the enterprise.Acquires and applies expert knowledge of the business, its products and processes.Serves as the primary resource for cross functional team members on escalated issues of a unique nature. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline required. 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree.8 or more years of experience with data analysis tools and techniques, statistics, and industry data sources required.Subject-matter-expert knowledge of the function/discipline and demonstrated application of knowledge, skills and abilities towards work products required.Subject-matter-expert level of business acumen in the areas of the business operations, industry practices and emerging trends required.Subject-matter-expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications. *Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.* When you apply for this position, you will be required to answer some initial questions.
