As the Leasing Consultant for Ridgemont Properties, you will be responsible for the marketing of all multi:family properties, converting phone and walk:in prospects to residents and continuing friendly and clear communication with existing residents to establish a successful renewal program.

Responsibilities



:
Respond effectively to telephone inquiries to generate prospective resident visits to the property to maintain an acceptable call to show ratio phone conversion rate.
:
Show Tour prospective residents apartments with a drive to maintain a high look and lease percentage closing ratio.
:
Follow:up with prospective residents.
:
Monitor telephone and walk:in traffic at properties via welcome cards and traffic logs property software. (Onesite)
:
Walk model tour routes and open models show units daily to ensure quality presentation. At the end of the day, return to the show units to adjust thermostat and turn off all lights.
:
Must maintain an extensive knowledge of properties communities including the current rental rates, sizes, locations and added amenities.
:
Obtain lease information and complete lease applications. Assist future residents with the application paperwork, run application and collect required paperwork
:
Coordinate move ins with future residents
:
. Set up and maintain lease files.
:
Conduct periodic monthly market surveys, as requested
:
Attend and fulfill all educational opportunities and professional development courses required.
:
Perform inspection of apartment prior to resident move in to ensuring a smooth move in process.
:
Review Welcome Packet with new resident in a timely manner.
:
Input data on daily activity and vacancy reports.
:
Maintain and update property management software (Onesite Leasing and Rents).
:
Follow up with residents after service requests to ensure their satisfaction.
:Assist with preparation of newsletters and promotion flyers, as well as planning community activities and events.

REQUIREMENTS
:
Prior customer service experience
:
Reliable transportation
:
Ability to work weekends Saturdays
:
Basic proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
:
Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to work in a fast:pacedand environment
