We are partnering with the premier retail consumer electronic company and will be opening stores across the country starting summer of 2017. We are seeking Retail Sales Leaders who will be responsible for leading a team of talented sales reps to interact with in-store customers, demonstrate products and sell our monthly service.

As a Retail Sales Leader, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Leadership Development program. This program will help develop you into a future leader with our company. You will be empowered to make decisions that affect your career as well as your team members. You'll gain responsibility for leading and managing others and how to deliver superior customer service. We will teach you how to effectively communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers and co-workers. You'll learn proper sales techniques to problem solve and resolve conflict. You'll learn how to mentor, train, develop, manage and promote a staff of your own.

* Hourly base pay plus commission and bonuses

* Annual compensation estimated to be between $40,000 - $75,000, depending on team performance

* Extensive training is provided

Requirements:

* Must have retail sales/management or door to door sales/management experience

* Great interpersonal and communication skills

* Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends; Open Availability is preferred

* Must be able to achieve sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis
