The Wealth Performance Consultant is primarily responsible for improving the delivery of Financial Planning products and services for an assigned group of banking centers by planning, designing, communicating, and executing a specific scope of activities such as training, coaching, business development, and skill assessments. This will cover a range of financial planning categories, including helping clients manage cash flow, invest properly, retire comfortably, and protect themselves from an unforeseen expense and emergency. The Wealth Performance Consultant will also support the Investment Services team with a variety of training needs, and business development activities. The Wealth Performance Consultant is both a producer and expert resource for BOKFA, and the Branch Delivery Channel. The Wealth Performance Consultant will be primarily responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in all branches within their assigned footprint. They will also spend time supporting other markets and the broker dealer remotely.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
:Build relationships with assigned consumer branches and BOKFS financial consultants. Create and develop training that will assist consumer branches to increase the number of identified referral opportunities. Promote BOKFS's product and service capabilities, especially financial planning within assigned territory.
:Make outbound calls, and receive incoming calls that would require appropriate licensing that might include asset allocation guidance, plan:specific questions involving loan provisions, fund choices, insurance solutions, and plan details.
:Establish a training module and improve consumer branches' consultative selling skills. Make outbound calls, when necessary, to participants in order to follow up on previous conversations to further the sales process.
:Provide exceptional customer service and be a problem solver. This will require extensive knowledge of the financial planning process, as well as, highly developed organizational skills.
:Updates the Enterprise Referral system with timely feedback, and the disposition of referrals.
:Listen to participant calls with consumer branches to provide coaching and training to help agents identify referral opportunities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
:Working knowledge of primary investment markets, products and services and the ability to determine specific customer needs
:Basic knowledge of insurance products and solutions
:Basic knowledge of bank products and services
:Basic knowledge of income tax and estate tax matters
:Basic knowledge of equity, mutual fund, fixed income and option strategies
:Excellent PC skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications
:Excellent customer relations and sales skills
:Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 1:2 years experience in investments/financial planning or 4:7 years equivalent work experience. Series 7 licensing Series 65/66, and Life, Long:Term Care, Health Insurance licensing is preferred and/or will be requirement within the first 12:months.
