Goal of the position
Translates the strategic plan into marketing and sales activities. Responsible to reach the budgeted sales and margin targets. Responsible to setup marketing: and sales targets for the sales team, to build distribution channels, to establish strategic business relations, with focus on excellent performance. Leads marketing activities for the construction market sector.
Main responsibilities
:
Responsible for annual and monthly marketing:,sales and margin targets and follow:up, building up distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations and providing ideas for all strategic sales plans and their implementation for the construction market segment.
:
Involved and responsible for the market launch of new products and the development of new application.
:
Initiate and maintain contact with senior level customers and develop long term business: and personal relationships.
:
Undertake annual negotiations to agree rebate and pricing deals with key customers if required.
:
Plan and deliver effective presentations to key customers/colleagues.
:
Initiate continuous improvement for the marketing excellence and commercial excellence program.
:
Lead and manage technical and sales reps. Provides direction, coaching and training, motivates to achieve objectives and targets while providing the highest levels of customer service, regarding entrepreneurship,
management and coaching competencies.
:
Integrates and aligns sales plans with available processes, supporting CRM, talent and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of the marketing and sales force.
:
Manages the performance and activities of the marketing and sales unit, including technical representatives, sales representatives, including business plans.
Function requirements (e.g. education, specific competences, experiences)
:
An excellent degree in Civil, Structural Engineering or Business Administration or comparable studies.
:
7+years of leadership experience in a comparable sales position.
:
Profound experience in market and customer relationship management on international level
:
Strong understanding of market needs and market potentials.
:
Good verbal and written communication skills
:
Strong sales qualities with high persuasive power and excellent communication skills.
:
Strong leadership skills.
:
Strong ability to operate and drive sales in engineered product range, cooperating with an intercultural network of specialists, being an interface between sales and technical support.
:
